Argington's mission is to create children's contemporary heirloom furniture that will enhance your child's life and learning. They are a family run business with a strong background in fine art, wood working and architecture. Their inspiration came initially from their own child, but since then, it has led them to design and create for children everywhere, of all ages.
The birch wood contained in this product is harvested from sustainable managed forests. The trees from which the wood is cut are grown in different soils, with different light, under different conditions. Please note that for the clear birch finish, the birch wood may vary in color and texture from one part to the next due to the natural differences found in the wood.
The Bam bassinet is the beginning building block in our Bam crib set, as it easily converts to our Bam crib. It is compact in size and on casters for mobility from room to room. It can easily roll through a 24” door and go just about anywhere in the home. Each caster is lockable and swivels 360 degrees.
The bassinet comes with a machine washable, 1” foam mattress pad covered in soft cotton quilted cover and two soft organic white sheets with a zipper closure. Other accessories for the Bam bassinet include an organic cotton bassinet bumper pad in solid white, an organic white waterproof mattress cover, a canopy support, and an organic canopy drape — all accessories are sold separately.
As an option, Argington offers an additional set of mattress pad sheets
made to fit our bassinet pad. The sheets are made of soft, organic unbleached cotton. Each sheet features a zipper and easily slips on
and off the mattress pad for easy care. Machine washable.
Argington also offers a bumper especially made to fit our bassinet. The quilted bumper is made of soft organic unbleached cotton and has ties to secure bumper to bassinet. Machine washable.
We also offer an additional waterproof mattress pad cover made to fit our bassinet mattress pad. The solid white quilted cover is made of soft organic unbleached cotton. The cover features a zipper and easily slips on and off the mattress pad for easy care. Machine washable.
The crib conversion kit can be purchased by those who already purchased the
Bam bassinet and need to convert the bassinet into a crib.
